New Bungalows for Deri

Our development to bring nine bungalows for people aged 55 and over in Deri, Caerphilly is well underway.

The £1.4m scheme started on site at the end of last year and is expected to be completed this autumn.

We were delighted to welcome local Caerphilly Cllr David Hardacre and Cabinet Member for Homes and Places Cllr Lisa Phipps to visit the development which is being built by Kingfisher Development (Wales) Ltd.
