Overview

Phase one of the Wingfield development has seen the build of 30 new homes to land at the rear of Wingfield Terrace, along Plasturtwyn Terrace in Llanbradach, Caerphilly.

26 of the properties were for affordable rent, for allocation to people on the Caerphilly Council Common Housing Register.

The 26 homes included:

• Six one-bedroom apartments
• 15 two-bedroom houses
• Four three-bedroom houses
• One four-bedroom house

Four homes were also sold through our Harmoni Homes brand, offering first-time buyers a more affordable way to get on the property ladder with a smaller deposit and mortgage.
