Covid-19
We hope that everyone is continuing to keep themselves safe and follow Government guidelines during these uncertain times.
It’s more important than ever that we look after each other as we all socially distance ourselves and help to protect our NHS.
Our staff are continuing to work differently to make sure we don’t take any unnecessary risks which could damage anyone’s health. This means that most of our contact will be done by phone, but we are still very much here to help.
If you need any support to deal with issues around your tenancy or have concerns about a neighbours’ behaviour, please contact us on 0330 159 6080 or 029 2085 8100.
We know that many of you are helping your neighbours at this uncertain time and it is heart-warming to hear some of the great stories out there, but even if you are self-isolating there are still ways, we can all help our neighbours.
With more people at home all the time it’s more important than ever we are respectful of each other. Please consider your neighbours when playing music for example and make sure it is not audible outside your home. If you live in flat, please be aware that noise may travel so keep levels low.
If you suspect that your neighbours are using drugs then this is a matter for the police so report this to your local police force, either via 101, online, their messenger accounts, or report anonymously to www.crimestoppers-uk.org
If you have concerns about domestic abuse, please contact the Live Fear Free Helpline on 0808 80 10 800, 078600 77 333 Text 24/7. The Bright Sky App is also available to download on Apple and Android.
Please also continue to look after your communal areas and especially when placing rubbish into communal bins make it as easy as possible for the refuse collectors. Don’t mix waste! If this happens refuse may not collect. If you have concerns, please contact your local authority refuse team.
Again, thank you for your patience, we will all get through this together. Stay safe.
