Customer Research Volunteer

Customer Research is key to how we plan and deliver our services in the future. Our aim is to gather stories and experiences from our residents and change how we build and manage our communities.

As Customer Research Volunteer, you will play a key role in improving the service we provide to residents.

You will be building relationships in in your community, working alongside United Welsh staff, and learning new skills through our training packages.

What will a Customer Research Volunteer do?

  • Assist the Customer Researcher in our communities, gathering data, identifying issues, and attending resident meetings.
  • Take part in training that is designed to help you understand surveying techniques.
  • Work as a team to gather the outcomes of surveys that have been completed and help develop feedback in the form of reports that will be presented to our Executive team.
  • Agree to be respectful of each other’s views and to help create a safe and friendly space.
  • Ensure that any sensitive information shared with you and other panel members is kept confidential.

Volunteers will be asked to sign a Confidentiality and Code of Conduct Agreement once training has been completed.

There may be opportunities to carry out visits to different communities to find out more about what they want to achieve.
