16 houses and 15 apartments will be available for affordable rent with United Welsh, built by our social enterprise Celtic Offsite in partnership with M&J Cosgrove. The homes will be a mix of one to two bedroom flats, and four to two bedroom houses.

Ideally located in Caerphilly Borough, Cwrt y Rhos is directly behind the 8 to Late shop on Bedwas Road, and is a short distance from the local Morrisons and Caerphilly town centre. The development will be off-gas, and the homes will be fitted with energy-efficient technology such as solar panels and air-source heat pumps.

Cwrt y Rhos is due to be completed in mid 2025.
