Overview

United Welsh is working in partnership with YourSpace Projects and Caerphilly County Borough Council to build 16 affordable apartments on the site of the former St Catherine’s Church in Crosskeys, Caerphilly.

The one and two-bedroom energy-efficient homes will be available for social rent for people on the common housing register with Caerphilly Council.

The homes are due to be completed in late 2025.
