Our Customer Employment team work one-to-one with tenants on employment action plans to help you to identify training needs so you can go on to achieve your short and long-term goals.
This includes supporting tenants that have lost their job as a result of the coronavirus pandemic or may be facing redundancy, as well as people who are employed but need to find work that is more financially secure or better suited to their skills and circumstances.
We will help with identifying your skills, finding opportunities, preparing your CV, practising interviews to boost your confidence, and more.
