Volunteer with us
Another great way to get involved in your community is through volunteering. Volunteers provide an invaluable contribution to the lives of our residents, our communities, and the services at United Welsh, whether you have an hour, a day, or a week to give.
Join the conversation
You can have your say about the services that we provide and get involved to help us improve them.
We talk to our customers about various topics throughout the year to receive and act on feedback. These conversations may be one-to-one after you’ve received a service from us, such as a repair, or on a community-wide level to plan improvements for your area.
Sometimes, we contact all residents to help inform our work for the following year – for example, annual rent setting as required by Welsh Government.
