Thrive is United Welsh’s specialist accommodation and support service. Our Living Well team work as part of Thrive, providing great homes and services for people aged over 55 living in apartments, bungalows, sheltered accommodation and extra care facilities across South Wales.
Our team are here to help older people to live well in safety, happiness and good health.
With our Housing Coordinators, people living at our Living Well schemes are supported to live independently, maintain their tenancies and maximise their wellbeing.
Many schemes have communal facilities such as a residents’ lounge and gardens where people can make friends and enjoy social activities.
