Oak House in Cardiff is a twenty seven bed supported housing scheme provided by United Welsh, offering support and accommodation to single people and couples aged 18 and over. The aim of the project is to assist people to gain the skills they require to live independently in their own home.
The project is delivered by our Thrive team and is staffed 24hrs a day, seven days a week. Every resident has their own keyworker who assists them to build their own individual support plan, helping people to set goals and plan their future to support them to become as independent as possible.
