When asked to rate satisfaction with different areas of their service charge, respondents scored window cleaning and grounds maintenance the lowest.
This is not the service we want to deliver to our residents, and we will use this feedback to make changes to our services, such as:
- Cleaning staff: We’ll make sure the correct staffing levels are maintained in the team to help us deliver this service.
- Regular monitoring of schemes: We’ll be sending our team out to monitor areas weekly, checking the standard of cleaning and grounds maintenance and reporting any issues.
- Consulting with residents: For any service charge changes we make, we will be consulting with residents first, making sure they work for everyone.
- Easier communication: There is a new service charges page on our website, making it easier for you to speak directly to the service charges team.
