Direct Debit
You can quickly and easily set up a direct debit via our Tenant App (TED). Alternatively, contact us and we can set it up over the phone for you.
Tenant App
Download our free Tenant App (TED) from the Google Play or App Store (search for United Welsh TED App), then register and use your debit or credit card to make a payment. You can securely store your payment card details in the payment wallet so you don’t need to enter them each time.
Online
Under the ‘Self service’ tab at the top of the page you can pay via the online link using your debit or credit card to make a payment. You can securely store your payment card details in the payment wallet so you don’t need to enter them each time.
Paypal
You can also pay via PayPal on our Tenant App (TED) or online payment option.
